How can I get HomeWave™ for my mobile device?
HomeWave™ is sold and distributed via Peak Positioning's wireless service provider and reseller partners. For more information on how to obtain HomeWave™ for your mobile devices, please contact your wireless service provider or your IT solution provider.
How is HomeWave™ different from other remote data protection solutions?
HomeWave™ is a proactive wireless-based solution. Unlike other services that passively wait until a reported-missing mobile device connects to the Internet before any action can be taken, HomeWave™ allows you to immediately initiate contact with the missing device and take action the moment you realize the device is missing. This not only translates to better effectiveness in protecting the integrity of the missing device's data, but can also lead to shorter recovery time of the missing device.

Will HomeWave™ still protect my mobile device if I happen to be traveling abroad?
HomeWave™ uses the same mobile broadband 3G or 4G technology that enables you to use your mobile phone wherever you go. So yes, just like your mobile phone will still work if you travel abroad because of your wireless service provider's roaming agreements with other wireless providers around the world, so will HomeWave™ be able to follow you wherever you happen to be traveling.
